A major part of Christine’s work involves reporting on nature stories worldwide, contributing either images or texts or both. She always aims at producing powerful images and interesting, soundly researched reads. So far, she has published more than 220 magazine stories, amongst these many cover stories. The topics she covers are diverse, ranging from wildlife tourism and its effects on animal species to reintroductions of formerly extinct animals such as Arabian Oryx or Ural Owl. She investigates the potential for wildlife (e.g big predators) in countries dominated by cultural land, sheds light upon the coexistence between humans and wildlife, portrays animals, plants and ecosystems, reports on IUCN-listed species as well as conservation aspirations, gives insights into natural phenomena and also recounts her own wildlife adventures.
