Brown bear article out now in the Slovenian National Geographic Magazine!
After having published our images in the German #NatGeo we are happy that they also appear in Slovenia, where most of our images for this story were taken.
Slovenia has a stunning abundance of brown bears, currently it is assumed that even up to 900 brown bears could roam the southern Slovenian region. An area which is roughly the size of three times London. 900 bears on three times the size of London!
And still Slovenians seem to get along pretty well… The widespread myth that there is no more space for big predators in Central Europe crumbles in the face of this fact.
